We LOVE this hotel!

We LOVE this hotel! This is the 3rd time we stay at this hotel and we still have no complaints! The day before our reservation I called to see if we could get a room w/ a balcony and we were upgraded at no additional cost. The location of the hotel is awesome w/ entrances on Iberville and Canal St. so it is perfect for going out on Bourbon St.; in fact, once we parked our cars we walked or took the trolley or a cab the rest of the weekend. It is also walking distance from the French Market. It can be loud at night since some of the room face Bourbons St, but that never bothers us - we are there for a good time! It is also in a safe location. The staff is very helpful whenever called upon. The room is super comfortable and spacious. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL!

Great hotel and great location. We have stayed in the Quarter area of New Orleans numerous times in the past and this was by far our best hotel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely consider this hotel as our "first choice" for future stays in the city! Thanks again!

WHO-DAT!! We're ready to go back. Hotel was awesome!! Everything about it, check-in, location. atmosphere, just can't say enough. They really made their guest feel special and welcome. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, St. Louis Cathedral and don't forget about the beignets at Cafe De Monde, a must have!! P.S. The mattress was the best I've ever slept on, so-oo comfortable. And we can't forget our SAINTS , they went all the way!!!
